LoadLens — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms apply to the LoadLens Chrome extension, the website loadlens.krait.studio and the LoadLens account and Pro subscription (together, "LoadLens"). LoadLens is operated by Bogdan Bucataru, an individual based in the Republic of Moldova ("we", "us"). By installing the extension, creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to these terms.

1. What LoadLens is

LoadLens is a browser extension for truck dispatchers and owner-operators. On top of the load boards you are already signed into, it shows profitability, Hours-of-Service and broker information, plans routes and can send you alerts. The extension is free to install. Some features require a Pro subscription; the current list is on the pricing section of our website.

2. Your account

3. Load boards and your responsibilities

4. Pro subscription and payments

5. Data

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Estimates, not advice

Rates, profitability scores, market data, Hours-of-Service calculations, broker ratings and route plans are estimates based on the information available to the extension. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, compliance or financial advice: you and your drivers remain responsible for decisions about loads, brokers and compliance with FMCSA Hours-of-Service rules.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep LoadLens available, but load boards change their pages without notice and features may stop working until we update the extension. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of the current paid period.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

LoadLens is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost loads, fines or penalties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for LoadLens in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Termination

You can stop using LoadLens at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you by email where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the change applies.
