LoadLens is a Chrome extension that works on top of the freight load boards DAT One and Truckstop that you are already signed into. It scores each load's profitability (revenue per mile after deadhead, fuel and the lane market median), checks Hours-of-Service feasibility, shows broker context, plans multi-load routes and, if you turn them on, sends you alerts in Telegram. This policy explains exactly what data the extension handles, why, who can see it and how to delete it.
dat.com and truckstop.com pages, LoadLens reads the load data that the board
has already loaded into your own signed-in session (the page content and the board's own responses to
your searches). It does not send its own requests to DAT or Truckstop APIs and does

dat.com and truckstop.com pages and talks only to our own server.The use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
All communication between the extension and our server uses HTTPS. Passwords and password-reset codes are stored only as hashes. Sign-in uses short-lived access tokens with refresh rotation. The cloud browser screen is protected by a random password that changes every time you turn the cloud browser on.
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, the home page and the free HOS calculator of loadlens.krait.studio
loads Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service of YANDEX LLC, to understand how visitors find and
use these pages. Until you accept, Metrica is not loaded and sets no cookies; if you decline, it stays off. You can
change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of these pages. Once loaded, Metrica sets cookies and collects the
pages you view, the referring page, your device, browser and screen, an approximate location derived from your
IP address, and how you interact with the page: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, including session
replay ("Webvisor"). The home page has no forms, and the numbers you enter in the HOS calculator and its results are hidden from session replay; the calculator works entirely in your browser and sends nothing to our servers.
This applies only to visits to our website. The extension never loads Yandex Metrica, and nothing it reads from load boards or stores in your account is sent to Yandex. The privacy policy, admin and lane-stats pages of this site do not use Metrica either.
You can block cookies in your browser or install the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on. Yandex's own privacy policy applies to that data.
The Pro subscription is sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. You enter your card or other payment details on Paddle's checkout, not on our site or in the extension, and we never see or store them. Paddle tells us your email, the subscription status (active, past due, cancelled), the plan, the billing period and the country used for tax, so we can turn Pro on or off for your LoadLens account. Paddle handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and reflect the change in the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
