LoadLens — Refund Policy

LoadLens Pro is sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

1. Free trial first

Every new account gets 14 days of Pro for free, without a card. We recommend trying Pro during the trial before you pay.

2. 14-day refund on your first payment

If you are not happy with Pro, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Pro is turned off when the refund is made.

3. Renewals

Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, so you are never charged again after you cancel.

4. Exceptions

• If you were charged by mistake (for example, twice for the same period, or after you cancelled), we refund that charge in full.
• If we discontinue Pro, we refund the unused part of the current paid period.
• If the law of your country gives you more rights (for example, a withdrawal right for consumers in the EU or UK), those rights apply.

5. How to ask for a refund or cancel

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle through paddle.net; or
• write to us at [email protected] from the email of your LoadLens account.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
